Unfortunately Vietti Shop doesn’t know exactly when a product will return available. Please look for a different product or visit our website soon: quantities and sizes are update daily.

 How long it takes for the delivery?

A payment by credit, card, PostPay, Paypal or cash on delivery, your order will immediately be prepared and handed to the deliverer. Each delivery usually takes between 4-6 working days. Whereas you decide to pay using bank transfer, your order is prepared only after we receive the confirmation of your payment. Delivery usually takes between 4-6 working days

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with DHL tracking link so that you can follow your shipment constantly

How much does the delivery cost?

Shipment to Italy is Free. In the other states the costs of shipment are charged to customer. Orders exceeding Euro 350 are free of shipping charges.

What happens if I am not home when the order arrives?

If you are not home at the time of the delivery, the deliverer leaves an alert which includes the number of your shipment. If you aren’t home at the time of the second attempt of delivery, you can pick up you order at DHL branch indicated into alert. In case of missed pick up, the order will be sent to Vietti Shop.

How can I obtain a refund?

Please log in to your account and select the order that contains the product(s) you want to be refund for. Then select the products that you want to refund and select the reason why.

The original security seal must be attached to the products. Products can’t be washed, worn or altered in any way.. Soles must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Products must not show any sign of use. Products must be returned with all original packaging.

That’s the DHL refund procedure:

- write up the request of refund that you find in our site

- select the day and the delivery schedule for your refund

- prepare the shipment: you can use the same packaging using for the originally shipment. Paste the label you found into the originally shipment in the outside of your pack.

Vietti Shop reserves itself the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or aren’t in accordance with the return policy.

How long do I have to return products?

You have a period of 14 days to return products after they’ve been delivered.

Do I have to pay to refund a product?

Return to Italy is Free. In the other states the costs of return are charged to customer. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.

How it’s possible to receive a reimburse?

After have made the control, Vietti Shop will reimburse you in 14 working day from the date we received your request. If you paid by using credit card, post pay and PayPal we reimburse you by using the same payment method, while if you pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery (only for Italy) we will reimburse you by using a bank transfer. You will receive an email when the procedure of reimburse starts.

Vietti Shop reserves itself the right to send orders to the same address that the Paypal account reports.

When will my order be charged?

If your payment is authorised, the order will be effected instantly. Credit Cards are charged immediately after the order is confirmed. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been done successfully. f your order doesn’t  go on successfully, payment won’t be authorised. In this case you will received an email warning you about the unsucess of the order. 

Why my payment has been declined?

If you have sufficient funds in you Credit Card or PayPal please check that you type correctly all the details requested. If the problem persists, try to use another card.
